The processing of the personal data is effected on the occasion of your enquiry with us and is necessary for the purposes mentioned to provide the requested services, the processing of your order, as well as the fulfilment of obligations from the underlying contract.

However, the data is stored at least until the end of the tax or commercial law-related storage obligations, in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code), StGB (German Penal Code), or AO (German Tax Code). As soon as the data is no longer needed for the aforementioned processing purposes, it will be deleted immediately.
