When you commission us, the following information is collected:

  • address
  • e-mail address
  • telephone number (landline and/or mobile phone number)
  • if required, fax number (when available & desired)
  • if required, bank account details
  • profession

Furthermore, all information that is required for the fulfilment of the contract with you is collected.

  • to verify your eligibility for the psychological tests we distribute
  • in order to be able to consult you appropriately;
  • in order to fulfil our contractual obligations toward you;
  • in order to comply with our legal obligations:

  • for issuing offers and invoices or, where required, within the context of the dunning process;
  • for purposes of permitted direct marketing;
  • to assert any possibly existent claims against you.

The processing of the personal data is effected on the occasion of your enquiry with us and is necessary for the purposes mentioned to provide the requested services, the processing of your order, as well as the fulfilment of obligations from the underlying contract.

As a general rule, personal data is stored for as long as necessary to carry out the aforementioned processing purposes. However, the data is stored at least until the end of the tax or commercial law-related storage obligations, in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code), StGB (German Penal Code), or AO (German Tax Code). As soon as the data is no longer needed for the aforementioned processing purposes, it will be deleted immediately.
